She has been friendly, calm, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout our home purchasing process and our family now considers her a friend. As first-time buyers, my mom and I had a lot of questions, sometimes meeting or calling Ms. Korotayeva multiple times a day. She answers all of our questions promptly and kindly. However, what makes her truly special is that she always offers unprompted detailed explanations of important documents and changes. We highly appreciate this and feel that this shows she truly cares about our comfort and understanding of the home purchasing process. Ms. Korotayeva has been a persistent and an effective advocate for us ensuring we got the best terms and the lowest price. She ensured our offer was accepted by highlighting key circumstances that set us apart from other buyers as well as communicating with the seller’s agent about our competitiveness and modifying the offer letter accordingly. She has also suggested and written an amendment asking the seller to offset some of the fixing costs uncovered by the inspection. Spencer Stott, who she recommended we work with, has been amazing. Spencer Stott and his team including Robert Whitaker and Whitney Curtis have been very available and kindly answered all of our questions. Even when our appraisal came back low, they had several ideas ready to ensure we get into our dream home. We could not have asked for a better team or a better outcome!
